The team relied on the analytical reports provided by Shunra VE, which drilled down to individual elements of the router interface and pinpointed the type of congestion encountered. This allowed them to: view the behavior of the application in the form of packets in a cloud, predict the impact of latency on behavior of the application, and isolate the choke points which were impacting performance.
