Everyone should know tinnitus cannot be cured medically Therapies are available that can ease tinnitus, but not cure it completely. For this reason, many tinnitus sufferers are now seeking out nontraditional therapies outside of the medical and pharmaceutical realm to deal with their disorder.

Symptoms tinnitus is that, one can hear voices and sounds which do not exist} When the sounds are heard by you and no one else, this is referred to as subjective tinnitus. But if a medical professional is able to hear the sounds, too, using specialized instruments, then this is called objective tinnitus. As far as I have heard of subjective tinnitus is the common condition

Symptoms of tinnitus are sensations of hearing sounds where no external sound is present.|Sounds you hear in your head that no one else hears are a symptom of tinnitus} However, the presence of tinnitus could be an indicator of other problems. Although I’ll go though the symptoms of tinnitus, I will also go over the underlying conditions that may cause it and what possible treatments are available.

Symptoms tinnitus (i.e. noises) differ according to the medical condition and individual(s). Can you hear any ringing sounds, tick, knock, scoffs, click, whooshing etc?You are affected with tinnitus as the sound is not coming from outside. If, after seeing a specialist and having tests done using special hearing equipment, they are unable to hear the sounds you’re hearing, then you have subjective tinnitus, which is the predominant form of the affliction.

Often, the main conditions that cause tinnitus are inner ear problems, head trauma, whiplash, auditory nerve damage, otosclerosis, Miniere’s disease, blocked eustachian tubes, and the overuse of some drugs such as aspirin.

The specialist you see will usually use one or more of these treatments: drug therapy, complementary treatments, biofeedback, tinnitus maskers, and, in extreme cases, surgery.

You may find tinnitus relief after treatment, depending on the severity of your tinnitus. However, like many who suffer from tinnitus, the relief may only be temporary. Statistics show that approximately 93% of tinnitus sufferers never receive any relief. A cure has not been found even though there are several different medical research programs looking for one which can be clinically proven.

And what are your options now? It may be a good idea for you to follow the example of numerous others worldwide and research proven alternative therapies. In some other words the techniques, and the exercise etc. It can be done on your own at your home if you are fond of.

The information provided is for research purposes only. No medical advice is implied. As with any condition it is best to consult a doctor before taking any medical advice.

Me, my boyfriend and our dog, Mr. Cache live in an Akumal Villa down in Riviera Maya. We decided to spend our first Holiday together with his family in Merida. So on the 24th I worked until 1 o´clock because our plan was to get going at 2 in the afternoon or so, since a 4 hour dive awaited us before having our dinner. It was unreal to think we would exit Akumal on schedule! We’ve never stand out for being an “on time” couple!

As previewed we left our Akumal Villa at 5pm and after a long night and a straight drive (without a need to exaggerate Merida’s highway is the straightest and the most boring one in the world) we got to uncle Mau’s place. After noticing that Mr. Cache was definitely not invited nor welcome we tied him to an outside door in the backyard; we quickly dressed up for the occasion and were soon having holiday treats over the tree.

In my experience the whole party was a complete triumph, everyone in the family was having a great time, fifteen children were running around picking on Mr. Cache, Mr. Cache didn’t stop barking and crying (of course because he was far away from his familiar home in the Riviera Maya), seven guests played Wii and many others like me nearly dying from starvation, were looking for the best timing to rob food from the forbidden table, since dinner was served until midnight.

Today is the 25th and I awoke up to a fatal Holiday Inn vacation morning, the place itself made me sick for the rest of the day. It didn’t matter if I was with my boyfriend and my cute dog! The vacation was ruined and I had to go back home so as to save me from holiday depression.
