Before you can grill the chicken into enjoyable and tender meats, you need to know the secrets to cooking your chicken at the right temperature without burning or undercooking it. You should also know that you will not get a moist and juicy chicken just by putting a frozen chicken on the grill.

Chicken has been considerably recognized as one of the most versatile ingredients that will taste good in most recipes. It is also cheaper than other red meats and healthier. There are many ways you can cook a chicken but the popular cooking methods are frying, grilling, baking, broiling, stir-frying and steaming. The most edible and tender parts of a chicken are the legs, thighs, wings and breasts.

Chicken meat is not only high in protein, B6 vitamins, niacin and selenium but also low in fat and has no carbohydrates. If you want something that is cheap, easy to cook and eat, boneless chicken breasts are exactly what you need. There are simply so many dishes you can cook with it and they will all come out yummy and juicy if you cook them at the right temperature and time.

To ensure that your chicken gain the maximum flavor from the marinade, you need to marinate for at least several hours before putting them on the grill. If time is short for you, you will need to use an injector to insert the flavor deep into the meat. Since most of the grilling recipes are designed for both outdoor and indoor grilling, grilling your chicken over charcoal will work too.

As a golden rule, you should avoid piercing the chicken beforehand unless you intend to grill them instantaneously as the fat will drop out and catch fire. Tongs are really useful and you should get one to help you move the chicken around. If a flare up happens, you should in a minute move the chicken to the upper rack with the tong or remove them from the grill until the fire is gone.

If you want to build more muscles to your body and you want something healthy, skinless chicken breasts are perfect for you. A normal chicken breast usually weighs about 4 ounces and plain chicken is about 30 calories an ounce. You can either get the fresh boneless chicken breasts in the fresh market or you go for the frozen ones sold in the supermarkets.

Plain chicken breast also makes the perfect weight loss food and they are many good recipe chicken breast you can use. Since they are low in fat and have no carbs at all, you won’t have to worry much about the calories. Eating plain chicken breasts everyday can be quite dead but if you cook them in a different style every day, you will soon find how good they can be. Since they are cheaper than other parts such as the thighs and wings, you can with no trouble get more meat for each dollar you spend.

You can even cook sweet tasting chicken if you have the right orange chicken recipe. The easiest way to check whether the chicken pieces are fully cooked is to slice deep into the chicken and see if the juices run clear. Never eat undercooked chicken because they contain salmonella which is bad for your health. When you finished grilling the chicken, transfer them to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes so that the juice inside can really develop and the chicken will become moister.
