Use Your New York City Apartment as a Vacation Rental
If you have an under-used New York City apartment you may want to consider using it as a New York City vacation rental. Did you know there are people looking for this kind of accommodation? These are people who would rather stay in an apartment than in a hotel room because they know it is much roomier, more comfortable, comes with all the amenities of a real home, and is usually located in a great spot in the city.

Plus you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing that many other people have enjoyed their stay in New York and have put your apartment to good use rather than it just sitting there empty.
