What is in a number
Having received endless phonecalls from different individuals claiming to give me cheap business calls at minimum rates but as with all of these products I wasn’t sure who I could trust and what precisely the companies where providing. I went on the internet and had a look around to find out what relevance 0800 business telephone numbers were to me and if they could actually give me low price business calls.
A lot of the Business telephone number sites rant on about their fantastic services but take an eternity to move your business telephone number from provider to provider leaving you with times that you you are unable to use your business telephone number. Or the other one that I love is when you change over to the new supplier and from that time your phone line is either not working or the so called structures that are in place reduce your level of service, sending your business enquiries to the wrong individuals and giving you a huge initial price for installation.
A few of the companies I viewed at needed me to swap my business telephone number to their own, this I didn’t find acceptable as my stationery and advertising would have to be changed at some large cost to me. The contract to many of the companies was sometimes more than 12 months which in a business is a very long period especially if the provider is bad.
There is a bright side however after all my moans about bad providers of 0800 freephone numbers or business numbers, I did find a supplier that was able to offer me services like no tie in, no installation cost, no minimum charge per call and management systems that are what I need. So my advice is there are savings to be had from phone companies when you look around and don’t take poor excuses.
